About Us

Careertrac Services Australia was established in 2003 as a provider of support consultancy to HR projects requiring career transition and recruitment capability.

Director, Terry Calbert, who founded the company, has worked in recruitment and outplacement since 1998.  As the managing consultant, she was instrumental in establishing the Outplacement Division for Speakman and Associates in Adelaide, then moved to Melbourne opening Careertrac Services Australia and servicing many national projects.
